Sales and Marketing Manager Wanted

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to build and promote the Tal-Tec brand in Southern Africa and drive sales revenue. The successful candidate will play a key role in addressing the frustrations of cattle farmers and achieving recognition and rewards through successful solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Represent the company at agricultural shows nationwide, including setting up physical displays to showcase Tal-Tec products.
• Manage key accounts and foster strong relationships with retail clients, specifically Co-ops, to increase sales turnover.
• Develop innovative marketing strategies and create engaging content for social media platforms.
• Collaborate closely with the advertising department, capturing field photos to support content creation for print and online materials.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales and marketing with excellent communication skills.
• Track record of success in developing and managing key account customers.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in leading a team.
• Bilingual proficiency in Afrikaans and English.
• Tertiary education is not mandatory but will be considered advantageous.
• Experience in the livestock industry will be viewed favorably.
• National Senior Certificate (matric).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
